What to include

• Problem with a greeting? Tell us what you typed, which voice you picked, and what went wrong, for example a mispronounced word or a failed download. Please don't send sensitive personal information.
• Phone system won't accept the file? Let us know the provider (for example, RingCentral, 3CX, or Zoom Phone) and any error message you saw.
• Setup guide out of date? Tell us your phone model, OS version, and carrier, and which step no longer matches.
• Privacy or data requests? Put "Privacy request" in the subject line. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and for how long.

Reporting misuse

If you believe someone has used the Service to impersonate you or your business, or to create harmful content, email us with as much detail as you can, and put "Abuse report" in the subject line.
