Pricing FAQ
How do credits work?
One credit equals one generation, whether you use a standard or premium voice. Each prompt in an IVR batch uses one credit. Credits from packs never expire, and Pro credits that you don't use roll over for as long as you stay subscribed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you haven't used any of the credits you bought, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us from the address on your account.
How do I cancel the Pro plan?
You can cancel anytime from your account, and you won't be charged again. There's no contract or cancellation fee.
What are premium voices?
Premium voices are a separate set of AI voices that sound more natural, with smoother pacing and intonation, which makes a noticeable difference on longer greetings and on-hold messages. They're stock voices: we don't clone voices or imitate real people.
Can I use paid greetings for my business?
Yes. Using a greeting on your own business phone line, voicemail, auto attendant, or on-hold system is the intended use. Other uses, such as ads or broadcast, may be subject to our voice providers' terms. See our Terms of Service for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Waffo or PayPal, which support major credit and debit cards and PayPal balances, depending on your country. Purchases made through Waffo are sold by Waffo as merchant of record, which handles the payment and any applicable sales tax or VAT. We never see or store your full card number.
